I had to wait 30 min without explanation. It seemed they forgot about my booking and took a walk-in before I arrived.Once they started my pedicure, it was often interrupted and the person doing it have gone to a different room 3 times for few minutes. Good selection of colours though.

Misleading service - the additional cost of nail art doesn’t include French tip as stated in the description. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed of this beforehand and was left with the options after the extensions were already on of paying extra or just having a normal colour. Very unprofessional, I won’t be returning!!!
