Have been here 6 times now. To start with they were great but the last two times I’ve been they’ve charged me ‘additional charges’ after they’ve carried out the treatment, without letting me know prior. Last time they charged me £15 extra for a tiny line of sparkly glitter on my fingers, which I paid and gave them the benefit of the doubt for. Today I was charged £20 for gel removal, that took them 11 minutes - and there’s still bits of gel on my nails. Definitely won’t be going back.
