Not the best nails I’ve had there. Normally I’m really happy. Today I have been cut a few times and the shape wasn’t what I asked for. Think the lady needs a little more training. Next time I will ask for Ha or his wife as they never fail.

I booked and paid for BIAB extensions, was told when I arrived that I couldn't have that and to go somewhere else if thats what I wanted. My nails aren't the same shape as the picture I showed, no cuticle work, 5 days later they're peeling.
