Booked an acrylic removal and new set, was rushed through the whole process. The nail tech ripped half of my nails off even after I told him that would ruin my nails and I had booked a removal too, I could have ripped them off myself if I wanted to. Then asked for coffin but he gave me square and looked annoyed when I asked to have them filed more, so I gave up. Tools didn’t look sterile as they were full of powder and messy, plus my cuticles are bleeding on one finger two days later.

I absolutely love this place and normally it’s 5 stars all the way! But unfortunately I went before Christmas and I think they’d overbooked as it wasn’t the same standard. The person doing my manicure used the trimmers to cut his own nail and then went back to using it on mine - not hygienic at all.
