I booked Biab + French tips with Ha after reading reviews but ended up with someone else. The man who did my nails was rude when I pointed out the tips were uneven and he filed down my nail instead of redoing the tip, leaving them uneven. The biab started to peel less than a week after application and my nails looked awful a week after getting them done.
