I often come here. The staff are quite polite and friendly. Today was my first time having BIAB - staff member didn’t seem to want me to have the colour I chose. She also forgot the top coat which meant I had to return hours later - was inconvenient.

They insisted I do acrylics & powder as "it's better for my nail growth & strength" even though I did it all the time & it weakens my nails. I said 2-3 times I'd prefer biab. Also filed gel off the tips-looks bad. Overcharged so gave me voucher not £
