Usually I never have an issue with pro nails but I’m extremely disappointed with my manicure. My nails were rushed, the man who done my manicure cut into my cuticle - didn’t apologise or even acknowledge it just quickly wiped away the blood and continued. Days later it still hasn’t healed, my nails are bumpy, cuticles look a mess, nail polish around my nail bed over all an awful experience and will not be returning.

I’m a regular here because it’s so consistently good; the nails stay stronger in between infills and the result always looks good. Would recommend!
