Really great nail salon always come away with a perfect manicure

I usually have such a positive experience at Pro nails but today I saw a male technician (not Hannah) who was quote rough and was rushing and it made the experience not feel relaxing at all. My nails feel sensitive from the way he took off the existing vanish. He didn’t put oil or hand cream on my hands and it felt like there was a lack of care. Really disappointed as I’ve always had a fantastic experience up until now.

Usually this place is very good, I’ve been coming for about a year with no issues. But this time my pedicure was rushed. My nails were not filed and the polish is patchy and messy. Not the best experience.
