The nails turned out good however I had to tell the lady a few times about certain things that were wrong and it seemed like they were annoyed by me even saying anything. They kept talking about me in their language and it’s just not nice just because I have preferences regarding my nails. Atmosphere was very hostile like they hate their customers. Also at the end they tried to charge me £7 extra for apparently long nails but nothing mentioned online therefore I didn’t pay extra.
