While my hand polish was still drying I was waiting for the therapist to complete his job with the final fishing touches, but he got busy with another client and told me 'You should leave now'. I had white stains from the polish remover on my cuticles which I pointed out, and another therapist quickly rushed to apply cuticle oil, but still hurried me out. I did get a pedicure too which was great but the aforementioned events dampened the entire experience for me, I would not visit again.
