I came for a biab removal, Ha was lovely. My nails were quite long, so we filed down the biab and proceeded to soak. However a senior worker there tried to insist it won’t soak off and that they need to file it all off. I politely refused and asked for a hand removal as I know what product I have on and how long it takes to remove it plus the method in which one should use. Ha didn’t mind, but then the male owner guy came over speaking over me in Vietnamese with Ha which I find extremely rude.

Love my nails. The nail tech really took her time with nails and cuticles (cuticles are not always tended too at this salon) it was so nice not to feel rushed. I didn’t get her name but would love her to do my nails again.
