John has been great with the tattoo removal. I was very eager to have the tattoo gone, but he has been knowledgeable about leaving the needed time between sessions, and how many sessions my tattoo would need and gave me realistic expectations. Each session is quick and efficient, the clinic is very clean and well equipped, and the experience so far has been great. I was given guidance and information and was able to ask questions.
