Had a patch test - it went well. John was really nice! Highly recommend. I've booked in for my first removal appointment.

Although I find the laser treatment agony, the therapist is great and we talk and laugh through it. He allows me to stop when I need to catch my breath but gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
