John was amazing. Very calm which helped alleviate any concerns I had. The tattoo has gone completely and as it was due to radiotherapy it was a constant reminder of a period of my life I want to forget. The room was pleasant and extremely clean and I was always greeted with a smile. I can highly recommend this establishment. Thank you John.
