I arrived for the second appointment to find the clinic closed and no one answering the phone it was pouring with rain as I was 5mins early I waited 10 mins but no one came texted or rang me this has cost me £4 parking and petrol money I have not received an apology but have been asked by text and email to rate my nonexistent treatment.
