John was very professional and cares a lot about his business. He was realistic and honest from the start about the number of sessions he thought would be required and ensured I was fully satisfied with the result. The small tattoo I had has gone after just 3 sessions.

John was great and really put my mind at rest as I was very nervous. I was in and out in about ten minutes and the whole thing was quick and simple. For anyone worrying about the pain, the little zaps do sting like mad but they are so quick and it is over so fast you barely have time to register it. Go for it!
