John was very friendly and ready to perform the tattoo removal there and then. He warned me about the pain I would experience and tested the laser briefly first. The process was over reasonably quickly, however I didn't receive any advice about care after a period of about 24 hours - the pain is still with me 72 hours later which is unexpected.
