Absolutely amazing experience. I was so depressed about my first tattoo and John supported me very well. I did receive support and advice first by email and then by person for my first session and already understood how much I care about this tattoo that he partially removed cause was too much dark in some part of it. Great job and easy to deal with him and arrenge the appointment even if was difficult for me to come during the week due to my job. Thanks John
