I only scored the treatment "4" because the results have not yet panned out. The staff were very transparent that my skin tag was quite large, so success was not guaranteed first time around. I was not charged for a pre-consultation, so I felt this was really good service, showing integrity.

Great visit as usual and I'm expecting the same great results. I've only given 4 stars for ambience and cleanliness because I'd feel more comfortable if the therapist used hand gel. With cryotherapy the skin isn't punctured, so this isn't an infection problem, but hand gel would make me feel a bit more comfortable.
