I was super nervous before going in for my laser removal, but the gentleman was so kind and bubbly that it put me at ease straight away. He explained everything with such honesty so I knew what to expect. Obviously wouldn’t say I want to rush back to have my other sessions but it fills me with confidence and not dread that I’m in such capable hands!!
