I took my 7 yo child for a wart removal. The man who did it did not seem to have any medical qualifications as when asked what to expect after the treatment he only said that the wart would blister and come off.
It was a painful procedure for my child, quite traumatic as about an hour later we left the clinic, his finger had doubled in size. I rang the clinic and the man just repeated what he'd said before
The "blister" was full of blood and burst out twice that day. GP gave us antibiotics.
