John was very friendly and attentive making sure to get the history of my previous tattoo removal sessions before proceeding. I had areas that I thought may have been hyperpigmentation following a session at a different clinic and it has massively improved since my session with John a couple of days ago. Really happy with the results. The clinic itself has a nice atmosphere and is very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend and the competitive prices are a nice bonus.
