I was quite anxious about getting my lashes done so I was very fidgety which I understand can be frustrating for technicians and I did warn Alexandra about this before we started so just wanted a little bit of understanding but I was greeted with attitude and rudeness which just made the situation worse and I had to finish my lashes early as I couldn’t be in the room anymore. No customer service and made me feel super uncomfortable. Although the lashes do look lovely so I’m sure she’s great.
