Viana is incredible! I’ve been going to her for +7yrs now and have never had a single complaint. She always makes sure I’m comfortable, even gives me a cosy blanket when it’s cold. She somehow knows exactly what I want, even if I don’t—whether I ask for a more dramatic or natural look, she nails it every time. She’s so gentle/delicate that I end up having a lash nap every single time! People constantly ask where I get my lashes done—but only after double-checking they’re not my real ones!
