Could hear staff complaining about standards and other tasks that needed to be completed whilst having treatment.
The facial was not slow and relaxing but very fast and uncomfortable at times. The smaller details were not met, after face masks water to cleans and wipe face was cold.
Indian head massage was rough and not relaxing, head was not supported in chair in salon and sitting position was uncomfortable.
Products used for both treatments were very good, skin and hair was both soft and shiny. Just the smaller details make a lot of difference.
