Had a really lovely experience at this parlour. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The service was excellent and everything was done with great care and hygiene. They did ask about or offer a patch test for the brow tint. I asked for them to only wax under and not above the brow, but my request was ignored and they did it anyway. The tint was then applied too wide, beyond my brows, and now looks strange. I was asked at the very end what shape I preferred, but too late as wax and tint was already done at that point.
