Pushed to pay for pedicure which I didn’t get. Told 2 employees clearly that I just want gel polish and No pedicure.Employees understood as that’s how I was charged but owner came later and said I have to pay for pedicure as I sat in spa chair and the employee cut my cuticles. I explained I didn’t get a massage or scrub& not paying for a service I didn’t get. Would be happy to pay for a spa pedicure if I actually had the time that day -appalled at the rude/unprofessional behaviour

My treatment was very thorough. The therapist knew what she was doing. I like the result. Will happily go back.
The room wasn't the cleanest is been in (wax was stuck to the carpet so my feet stuck to it) but other than that, it was a great experience.
