I booked in for a bikini strip wax but was given a hot wax and was told this is what I had booked. It wasn’t. As the hot wax was removed it was just left on the bed and therefore stuck to the backs of my legs.
The salon itself was dirty. The skirting boards were thick with dust and the towels on the beds did not look clean, also pretty sure they’re not changed between clients!
I tried to report the issues to the owner prior to this review but they’ve ignored my message!

It was fabulous but I wish she had cut my nails they are a bit too long. But it was wonderful.
