I am like a fish out of water in a beauty salon but the therapist was so respectful and considerate that I didn't feel out of place. She was able to work quickly and flawlessly and, before I knew it, it was all over and I hadn't felt a thing. The customer service was first class.

So this was my first time there and will be my last. It was my first time ever getting gel nails and thought with the good rating this would be a good place to try. I had no idea what was expected as she never said what she was doing and made very little small talk making it very awkward. I asked for almond which I believe is the shape I have but they are so uneven. At the end she asked if they were alright , which they weren'tand she did offer to make them square again. But the gel work is poor
