Wax was too hot, wax area didn’t seem to clean. Technique was quite painful. No care information afterwards. Wax lady did not seem too welcoming or make much effort to make me comfortable and I am an anxious person so it would’ve been appreciated, whilst also getting wax on my arm. Wax was left on my body as I left which was very uncomfortable. All hair was removed at the end of the day it just wasn’t very enjoyable
