Was seen to quickly, but the gel was not soaked off. Only buffed away which has compromised my nail more than if they had soaked it too.

Came for a full leg wax.
Left the appointment with wax residue all over my legs that took scrubbing and scrubbing to get off. Due to that wax, on the way home my legs were sticking to my trousers, sticking to each other and sticking to seats. Once I managed to get the ridiculous amount of wax off my legs I noticed that half of the hair on my legs had been missed🥲
It wasn’t a very thorough job done at all. It’s very frustrating that I payed for a full leg wax and barely got a half leg wax.
