i booked a 7:30 appt, when i made the appt she asked if i could come earlier, i said that i couldn’t. i’ve been here a lot for this treatment so know what to expect. after a few minutes i was told we were finished, there was still a lot of hair left. this happened 5 times, her sayin were finished & there was still hair left. in the end i just said it’s clear you want to leave so i’ll just go. she just said ‘ok dear’ & i shaved when i got home. don’t make late appointments if you dont want them.
