Jen always does the best blow dry! I have curly, dry, thick hair and I can’t manage it myself but Jen always makes it look amazing! Best salon in Waterloo!

I hadn’t had a wax since before the pandemic, and she made it so easy, I feel so smooth, and it didn’t hurt as much as I expected. I really enjoyed the venue being accessible as I am in a wheelchair, I will definitely go again
