I loved how involved the therapist was in choosing my nail colour and I did not feel rushed to picking a colour. Very friendly staff and talkative, but I found the manicure process quite rough. The way my cuticles were cut were quite painful and they were not softened before getting cut so it was very painful. But three layers of nail varnish were applied and I am quite satisfied with the end result.
