I really enjoyed my experience - Paula was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient (especially when I couldn't decide on the colour of my paint. My only grip was the cost of the appointment - £40 (30 for the manicure and 10 for the removal) and when I looked online I saw that it was only £21 for the manicure. I booked via Treatwell so I was disappointed that there was such a big difference in cost.
