In light of all the positive reviews, I was disappointed with my visit. I called up 10 minutes before to explain I was stuck on a bus and would be 5 mins late - it was downhill from there. I was told “could you hurry up”. When I got there I did then feel that the pedicurist was rude from the off. The water she put my feet in was far too hot, so much so that I had to take my feet back out twice. I also felt like she didn’t make much of effort and did a bit of a rushed job. I was then left afterwards just sat for 45 minutes and she didn’t offer to wrap my feet etc. It took another person working there to take pity on me and offer when another client turned up and needed my seat, which made me feel too awkward to say yes. Consequently my nails smudged and now look awful! The towel I had my feet on also wasn’t changed between my appointment and the next one. I wish I’d cancelled when they had been rude on the phone. Sad to say I can’t recommend.
