-when I arrived they told me I need to pay more to have color on my nails ( you need to do a separate booking on Treatwell )
- the first day I had a Broken nail

-the therapist accepted to repair my nail free of charge the next day
-the nails are really well done. She takes her time and everything was done perfectly.

I had a shellac manicure about 5 hours ago and the paint has already chipped. I also had to wait half an hour to be seen despite having made an appointment. ! I hope I am invited back for a rectification treatment as this is not acceptable
