Been waiting for half and hour, no one really apologized, the receptionist was with her phone instead of saying anything about me waiting for so long. I've asked if someone else would be able to do my nails as I've been waiting for so long she didn't realised of calling someone that wasn't doing anything but by that time she was already busy. Then I've asked for a discount or something and the person in charge was really rude, turned and left me taking alone, when I was asking either for that or someone available to do my nails as I've been on time for the appointment that they gave me. The girl who did my nails was nice, but she wasn't even paying attention. In a moment I had to tell her that she missed a nail and her excuse was that she was looking at her college. She didn't do the shape of my nails properly and I had to ask her to correct it, as many other things. My nails don't look great and they haven't try to make a nice experience which I think is the worst part. It would have been nice if someone had apologized at least. Doesn't worth the price when it should be a relaxing and nice experience.
