Avoid Joanna at all cost!!! In 20y of using beauty services this is the first time I give 1 star to anyone. She is so cocky & "too advanced" to soak your hands in water, remove shellac with accetone (she only wants to drill them even after you tell her it hurts three times) or do a proper cuticle work. Bloody h... Such a shame, I have been going to Prior salon for a long time and never gave less than 5stars...The owners, please have a chat with this new recruit Joanna and she really needs to work on her customer service skills. Her bad mouthing about her ex colleagues is not ideal either - internal business problems should not be told to a client... Never will allow this woman to do my nails again
