The pedicure was ok.
I specifically checked that it included the removal of dead skin before I booked. When I asked for this, they said they weren’t allowed to do so. I have never had anyone else say this.
The nail polish application was a little messy and they suggested it was because of my nails. I have never encountered this issue much less the explanation/blame that followed anywhere else.
I felt rushed to leave before I was confident the nail polish was dry. If I could make a suggestion - perhaps don’t offer late appointments or factor in drying time when deciding when the last appointment is.
The only saving grace was I paid the last minute price instead of the full price.
I went there to check out the place and perhaps make it my regular for mani pedis. I won’t be going there again.
