I felt that as I booked an express manicure, everything was done so quickly - the filing was so so quick that it was all wonky and then I had to point out the nails to correct which meant that even though I asked for the length to be kept, they ended up be so short which upset me a little. The corners are so pointy too but I just couldn’t correct every minor point as it meant she’d keep filing and it was just a lot. I just expected her to know how to do it as I’ve never had to explain that much in the 10 years I’ve been getting shellac. Anyway I potentially would go back but would definitely not go with the younger looking lady. I’m sure she’s great otherwise just not what I am used to.
