Staff was rude and loud, not a relaxing experience. The chairs were not actual pedicure chairs, and it was just a plastic bowl water basin for the foot soak. Not worth the money. No massage at the end.

Sad that the manicure no longer includes a nail soak and propoer cuticle trim - i always think this is what makes the difference as to how long a manicure lasts. Not a nice sensation to have cuticles scraped and cut dry. Still a good manicure but not as good as it was - trying to keep track of the ever changing staff is bit frustrating as well

Nice venue, but my nails are in very poor condition after removing the gel. probably a combo of dry nails and also being buffed too much.
