Manicure was done by Denisa and she was fabulous! She talked me through everything. My nails were shaped and cleaned properly. She went out of her way to make my nail art look good as I wasn't sure what I wanted. Receptionist was super friendly too. Can't wait to go back for my next appointment!

Love my nails! A few things could be improved like avoiding handling water next to electric plugs and I wish the staff could avoid speaking to each other in their own language because it's rude for the customers.

The overall experience was really good.
My only complaint, if any, is that one of the nails looked a bit wonky and like showing a bit lumpy on one side. Not two days after the manicure that lump started to peel off and break, which is not nice at all :(
