By no fault of the staff - I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appointment due to other staff cancellations. They therefore need better management.

Great manicure and pedicure done quickly but to a high standard. I had to wait 20mins to be seen as their colleague was unwell and so were overbooked but I was still in and out in an hour and a half!
