Had a booking but still had to wait 15-20mins. Didn’t mind this though as appreciated it was very busy pre Christmas. But then the manicure felt very rushed. He didn’t understand how I wanted my nails cut and cut them way more than I wanted. The cuticles weren’t done properly, he made one of my fingers bleed and left a big gap between the nail beds and the start of the gel manicure. After 1-2 days one nail had started chipping and within 4 days a few of the nails were chipping.
