The worst experience ever! Soo disappointed with the customer service and the lack of care and service provided. Left with damaged nails after paying for an expensive service. Called the next day to speak to the manager who was very rude even though she admitted her employees were at fault with no experience of what they advertised they could do. Refused to refund me but wanted me to come back to redo them, I do not trust them enough to go back.
