The treatment went ok although I was given an appointment at a time where there very busy. They made me wait for twenty minutes plus in the middle of my treatment. The nails looked great - but now, just two days after one nail is chipped. This has never happened to me with gel nails before.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and recently it has not been the same due to new staff (David, Paul & Darcy are amazing) but despite requesting them I have other staff who are rough and have cut/hurt me by filing too hard/cutting the nail. I will now be considering other options but the other team members are amazing, just the new staff aren’t so great and do not paint the full nail which means you need to come back sooner.
