Wait time: 15 minutes past booking with no acknowledgement or apology.
Technique: Extremely rough. I felt very uncomfortable and had to pull my hand back during the filing.
Communication: Non-existent. She didn’t ask for my preference on shape and then insisted my nails were already square (they were rounded).
Total lack of customer service and care.

The technician who did my nails (BTW I had BIAB with extensions not pedi) was just wonderful, took great care and my nails are perfect. He also showed great care and kindness - i would highy recommend
