I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time until I was seen. There were other customers but it wasn’t very busy, so I couldn’t really understand why it overran as much as it did, especially as no one apologised for the wait or told me how long I would have to wait.
I have definitely had better manicures. This one did the job but it was really quite basic. I also had to ask the nail technician to reapply the shellac to four of my nails because there were huge gaps of colour and where the colour didn’t even cover the top of the nail. Overall it was quite messy and not up to standard.
I had another appointment over an hour later and due to the delayed appointment and then having to reapply gel to a lot of my nails, I was then very late for that, and I subsequently had to push that back. I probably won’t visit again.
