Good manicure, nice staff I got the shape I asked for. Only downside was the lack of colour options available for an ombre extension manicure . Basically just pink & white or some random really really dark colours.

There were 3 different employees swapping between 4 customers. Each customer had a different person doing the nail prep and paint of both the manicure and pedicure which was unprofessional. The employees speak to one another in their native language constantly which I thought was rude in front of customers. I had a full manicure and pedicure and there wasn't much attention paid to massage and exfoliation etc so not worth the extra £s. Gel pedicure lasted 2 weeks while Gel manicure lasted 1 week
